Release of liability & client agreement

My goal is to support you in a safe, grounded, and empowering way.

1. Nature of services. Services provided by Shannon Beemer through Radiant Awakening — including Reiki, energy healing, and coaching — are intended for relaxation, personal growth, and energetic balance. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. No medical claims. Shannon Beemer does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or guarantee specific results.

3. Personal responsibility. I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after sessions.

4. Voluntary participation. Participation is voluntary and I may stop a session at any time.

5. Confidentiality. All personal information shared will be kept confidential, except where required by law.

6. Release of liability. I release and hold harmless Shannon Beemer and Radiant Awakening from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in sessions.

7. Payment & cancellation. Sessions must be paid in advance. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
