What should I expect during my first Reiki or coaching session?

For Reiki, you'll rest fully clothed on a massage table (or comfortably seated for online sessions) while gentle energy work is offered for about 45–60 minutes. For coaching, we'll move at a pace that feels safe to your nervous system, weaving in reflection, intuition, and grounded next steps. We always close with a few minutes to integrate.

How many sessions will I need to feel a difference?

Many women feel noticeably calmer, lighter, and more grounded after a single Reiki or energy reset session. For deeper, longer-lasting change — especially around trauma, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or rebuilding your sense of self — a 4-week or 8-week alignment package is recommended. Consistent sessions allow your nervous system and energy to shift more sustainably over time.

Do you offer sessions near Fort Collins, Loveland, or Greeley?

Yes. In-person Reiki and intuitive coaching sessions are available throughout Northern Colorado — including Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Berthoud, and surrounding communities. If you'd prefer to meet online, distance Reiki and virtual coaching for women are available anywhere in the world.

Can Reiki and coaching help with anxiety, stress, or burnout?

Accepted Answer

Yes — anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout are some of the most common reasons women seek this work. Reiki calms the nervous system and eases physical tension, while intuitive coaching helps you identify the patterns, boundaries, and energy leaks fueling the burnout in the first place. Together, they help you stop running on empty and start coming home to yourself.

Is this trauma-informed, and can I work with you while I'm in therapy?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. All Reiki, coaching, and energy reset sessions are trauma-informed and held in a safe, supportive, judgment-free space — you're always in control of how deep we go and what feels right for your body. This work is designed to complement therapy and medical care, not replace it. Many clients work with a therapist for clinical processing and Radiant Awakening for energy support, intuitive coaching, and embodied integration.

I'm new to energy healing and a little skeptical — is that okay?

Completely okay, and very common. You don't need to hold any specific spiritual beliefs for Reiki, energy healing, or intuitive coaching to be effective. Many women come in skeptical and leave noticeably calmer, clearer, and more grounded. Curiosity is more than enough — your nervous system will tell you the rest.
